All sales are final so please understand you cannot return an item after it has been received by you. Factory-sealed items are sold AS IS since they cannot be inspected prior to listing and no returns will be allowed for any reason. If you purchase an item in error, or change your mind after the order is placed, please contact us immediately as we ship quickly.

We only accept payment through Stripe, so please do not request to pay by PayPal.

California residents are required to pay sales tax as we are a legitimate mail-order business registered with the State of California.

All packages are shipped no later than the day after an order is placed (unless there are extenuating circumstances which the buyer will be notified of).

Most items will be shipped as a Ground Advantage Package. All buyers will be provided with the tracking number so their item(s) can be tracked online.

The delivery times provided by the post office are estimates only, and sometimes delays can occur (inclement weather, postal holidays, etc.). If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Please be sure that the shipping address you provide is correct, including Apartment and Suite numbers if your package is going to a multi-family dwelling or business office. Please also be sure that the address attached to your credit card is correct. If your address fails Stripe's address check, we will be unable to complete the transaction.

Concerning the collectible pins we sell, please note that we will only sell one pin of any design to a customer. We have had problems in the past with people buying multiples of our pins and then selling them on other sites at many times what they paid us for them. We want our pins to be sold to collectors only, not to resellers. Anyone attempting to circumvent this rule will be blocked from purchasing from our store in the future.

Since we have had a plethora of customers putting the incorrect CVC with their order (the three-digit number on the back of their card), any failed CVC numbers will cause the order to be cancelled, and a refund issued MINUS the amount we were charged by our payment processor to process the payment. Proof of such amount will be provided to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell an item or items to any person for any reason, cancel any order, and/or block any customer from future purchases.
