Includes patterns for dress, vest, pantaloons, and slip for the girl; and pants, jumpsuit and shirt for the boy. Directions and patterns have never been removed from the pattern envelope. Envelope is in excellent condition. NOTE: Because the pattern has never been opened I don't know if there are patterns inside for the smaller ponies shown on the cover. Mailed in a plastic page protector with heavy cardboard for protection in transit. I always combine multiple items in one package and refund the excess postage paid.
