(Note that the first inside page has a slight amount of edge damage along the right side, which most likely occurred at the publisher; no photos or instructions are damaged). Mailed in a plastic page protector with heavy cardboard for protection in transit. I always combine multiple items in one package and refund the excess postage paid.
