Uncut and unused. Directions and patterns have never been removed from the pattern envelope. Envelope is in very good condition. Note that the pattern was bent in storage. Mailed in a plastic page protector with heavy cardboard for protection in transit. I always combine multiple items in one package and refund the excess postage paid.
